In January 2020, we hosted an INSET day at City, University of London, led by Soosan Lolavar, to introduce teachers working with Music Masters to The Phoenix of Persia and Iranian music more generally.

Music Masters are now using educational resources from The Phoenix of Persia as a core part of their classroom musicianship teaching, and this is also an important part of their commitment to extend and diversify the range of musics included in their musicianship curriculum.

They are currently piloting some of the resources and we will report back soon!
